Front office treats you like a number, not a person
January 17, 2024Sorry apartments. We have been without hot water, what will be five days at the earliest when it is fixed. That is not how you were supposed to treat your residents.Property Manager Responded

PHOTOS ARE FAKE
October 19, 2022Don't be fooled by the photos, the apartments look NOTHING like this. They are old, outdated and flood. There are roaches everywhere. All neighbors are loud and ghetto. They tow your own car and make you pay over 300 dollars to get it back. Not to mentions there is dog poop everywhere and they are constantly shutting the water off.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away!!!
September 16, 2022You’re better off living at one of the neighboring apartments near by. They tow residents constantly. Broken gates. Bug infested, Rat infested. Management is incompetent. A/C works okay, arguably. The whole property is rundown; potholes everywhere, cracked sidewalks, buildings are falling apart, stairs hanging on by nails. They did just get new appliances though, and they work great!Review from Apartments.com

November 23, 2020Don’t live here..if you wanna have a peaceful sleep at night. Bugs everywhere,even after pest control comes and spray. What would be only the kitchen and bathroom.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2020The property itself has amazing amenities at arms length, and the leasing office does everything they can for you (especially Tamica!)No hidden fees or secret bug infestations.
