If something breaks, you are going to have to live with it. The 'new' management company Goldcrest, is worse than the last. They tell you they will do work and they don't. They are raising rents with no improvements done to the vast majority of units with increased rents. Pipes are bursting, ceilings are caving in, ceilings are leaking. There is no concern for the tenants. At least that is what being ignored and lied to feels like. Goldcrest spends their time saying that the last management ...
