I absolutely love living at this apartment complex and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and available. The office is easy to reach, and on the rare occasion it’s closed, there’s always clear communication explaining why—and it’s never for long.
The amenities are fantastic! The pool is always clean with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and two grills. ...
There’s also a newly renovated half basketball court that even provides basketballs, plus a clean, safe playground for children. If you have pets, you’ll love it here. There are several pet waste stations throughout the property and a huge dog park, making it a truly pet-friendly community.
What really sets this place apart is the management team. They are amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and unlike any property management team I’ve experienced before. Maintenance requests are acknowledged quickly and completed in a timely manner, which gives me great peace of mind. LOTS OF MOLD IN APARTMENTS

Had mold and mildew in my apt as well as a few other neighbors around me that I saw. A neighbor moved out because they refused, with a promise, to correct it for a year and the neighbor finally moved out because of it. Barstone refused to repair my moldy apt also. It was a threatening health hazard and I could not live in it any longer and HAD to get out of it. I cleaned the apt very well and NO damage was done and paid rent threw the time I was there. Barstone kept my deposit and pet fee AND ...
sent me to a debt collector/ lawyer to collect $1500 saying I skipped out on them. I gave them a letter with 2 weeks notice, paid for the two weeks, cleaned apt with no damage and turned keys in. Yes I broke the lease but I HAD to get out of the dangerous mold because of their fault. They refused to correct the problem! And 2 other neighbors also. Barstone refused to repair my oven which was cooking way too high. And, dog poop was everywhere on the outside premises. My goodness...the power that people have over others to not care.?

Maintenance of the apartments is poor, and getting work done on one is like pulling teeth. We had a leak for 4 months of being there and reported it multiple times. Hope you guys like water damage! Also they take lunch breaks that usually span 3 or more hours, so if you need to pay rent or need to talk to the office, good luck. They take Friday as a half day ...
