Liked living here but......
September 26, 2022I have lived here for two years and for the most part it was good, but I have one issue. The kitchen sink is always bubbling up with water and suds and never gets repaired. It just gets cleaned out. I have been dealing with this for two years. The pipes are old is what I have been told. (Shouldn't they then be replaced?!) For the cost of the rent it should more than just a band aid fix. Future tenants my advice is ask for a unit above first floor or you will regret it!Property Manager Responded

Overall a bad building
April 22, 2022Rent is too high, laundry room rarely ever works (as of right now two out of four washers are working and 1 out of four dryers), my storage unit is full of some random persons stuff, random people with no parking sticker will park in the parking spots leaving none open, the management is barely here and they don't care about their attendees, water occasionally doesn't work, people sit out side and drink bear all day, i can keep going on. ive been here for a while and this place has really went ...downhill in the last couple of years.Property Manager Responded

Hate to Leave
April 11, 2019Over the last 7 years I have moved from one year lease to one year lease, and this community is by far my favorite I have lived in. The people and families here are extremely nice, the space has been great to live in, and the support has been amazing. I am moving out of state to pursue a new job opportunity, but if it weren’t for that, I absolutely would have stayed here for the foreseeable future. You guys are doing a phenomenal job, especially compared to several other communities I have lived ...in over the years. Whatever you’re doing, keep up the good work. First Apartment .
April 5, 2018For being my first apartment to rent this one has been great so far. Matinence and the Main office are efficient and get things done in a timely manner. I had no problems getting my dog approved for the building and moving in was very easy. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Defiantly kept clean in the hallways and neighbors are quiet and respectful. Highly recommend to rent from here!Property Manager Responded
