February 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWe were residents in Bartlett Landing in Tuckerton for 2 years! I can't even begin to tell you how VERY HAPPY we were there. The only reason we moved was because our jobs were over an hour away! If and When I can I will move back to Bartlett Landing or one of their sister communities I will! They need to build a community in South Jersey! I will be their first occupant! The maintenance guys were quick to respond to any issue and Fran and Chrissie were so so nice! Overpriced over rated
December 7, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWhere do I begin. The heating and air conditioning system in this place is horrible. Maintenance has to shut vents upstairs in the winter to force heat downstairs to warm the unit. It’s so cold downstairs In the winter and hot upstairs. The pool was shut down for 2 weeks in the summer do to the fact they didn’t want to deal with the property management. She acts all nice till you sign the lease then she turns into the grinch that stole Christmas. The units look like when you first see them but ...once you move in you realize how outdated they are. My stove and dishwasher are from the early 2000s. No street parking and overflow parking is just where everyone parks their boats and trailers it’s an eyesore. Save the high rent. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and any issues requiring attention are responded to almost immediately. The apartments are spacious with great amenities and I feel as though I am getting a great value for my money. I have ZERO complaints and could go on with positive feedback forever. My apartment is beautiful! This is the nicest place I have ever lived.

Nice townhomes, very rude staff
November 5, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comTownhomes are spacious and very nice, but that where it ends. Front office personnel especially the Leasing Manager are rude to say the least. She looks down her nose at you when you speak to her, as if your the child and she's the teacher. Rules are only enforced for some not all. I can't wait to move once my lease is up.

The maintenance staff are outstanding and respond to problems right away, and they get fixed! The neighborhood is totally safe, the people are friendly, the amenities are outstanding. August 9, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThese Apartments are great. Love the fact that if any thing goes wrong or breaks down they come and fixes it right away. Close to shopping and only a half hour to Atlantic City. Marina for your boat is close by. And in the winter they clean the driveways and salt the sidewalks in a timely manner. Love the fact that there is a pool and a exercise room all included The complex is always well maintained. Love this place.
