Slow to make repairs. Many units are just Airbnbs. Dirty and overpriced. Dog droppings everywhere, Parking bad. Apartments smell like smoke. Trees are oversized and will fall on your vehicle .

Bad management. I didnt even have a door that closed. Really bad bug problem. Dirty. Weird people who don't work or live there hanging around, I got assulted by a girl that didn't live there but was always there. They just care about money, these apartments are not worth it even for the location. I can't believe how much they are charging now
