February 7, 2022Close to all services. Apt has a great floor plan. I love my big garage. Staff has been excellent to work with. Needed a minor repair and staff was right on it. Load as a riot and over priced
October 31, 2021If you like screaming kids and barking dogs this is your place. Oh and did I mention that every car drives through the parking lot like they are running from the cops. Speaking of cops they visit every so often because of the homeless camps down the street. Lastly, the office rarely respond to any email/phone calls. Terrible place to live
May 5, 2021Luxury apartment what a joke. 1. Office staff never follows-up if you leave a voicemail, you have to follow-up with them. 2. The office staff are under handed and sneaky, read everything and have everything in writing. 3. Walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin, so be prepared to hear everything everyone else is doing in their apartment. Also, if you complain about noise, do not expect the office to do anything. They say they will call but that never fixes the issue. 4. Dog poop is ...everywhere, all the time. 5. Homeless go through the trash and will harass you. You must take your trash out during the day not at night. 5. Loud cars blaring music at all hours of the day and night, the windows do not keep any noise out. When people are talking on the street you can hear them as if they are in your apartment. 6. If you live below or above people with kids, expect no quite at all. Between the walking (stomping), talking and screaming you will have no peace and quite. 7. All appliances are cheap and breaking, so do not expect top of the line anything. Good luck if you like to cook. They got everything set up and ready for me virtual and worked with my schedule so I could get my keys. Such a great community and quiet place to live! Noisy!
December 13, 2020This used to be a great neighborhood. It’s not anymore. So many homeless coming up to your apartment windows and yelling between 3-4am. No parking. They allow others to smoke close to buildings and don’t enforce a non smoking community. Fire alarms go off from smoking inside apartments. Staff in office is friendly but was not honest about the apartment they gave me. Refused to transfer me to a new apartment and said I would need to break the lease and pay a new deposit PLUS rent would increase. I ...gave up on complaining because they don’t do anything. Peaceful
June 24, 2020I have lived here for a little over a year and have to say I really like it. It's a larger complex than some of its other neighbors and that's what makes it appealing. It's quiet and close to a lot of things; bus stops, grocery store, gyms, mall and parks. The grounds are well maintained and the management company continues to keep up the apartments as well. The everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and always helpful, and everyone who lives here is very friendly. The office staff is super friendly and always ready to help you out with whatever you need.
