I have enjoyed living at Bask for the past several months. The location is great and easy parking. Nice amenities and I needed a nice apt in my price range so I leased the Jr 1 Bedroom which was perfect size for me and my budget. If I didn’t need to move closer to my new job I would be renewing my lease.

This complex went downhill sharply after a change in management. Pest control issues, rampant marijuana usage in and around complex which management refuses to deal with, and trash left out in almost every hallway. They do not answer the phone during office hours, do not respond to voicemails and do not respond to emails. Your only hope of actually speaking to complex management is hounding them in person, otherwise they will just ignore everything. Even my new appt (much nicer) had difficulty ...
