Worst apartments ever

By far one of the worst places I have ever lived. Believe all the 1 star reviews. They are quick to make it seem like the people who live here are the issue. If you are “complicated” or ask “too many questions” during your application process they will make sure you get the WORST unit. They don’t answer the phone unless you are applying to live here. I have been in the office and witnessed them ignoring the phone on several occasions. Their main concern is greed. They never have the front gate ...
shut. When I first moved in it was “down for maintenance”, I have never seen anyone working in it. Someone got robbed on the apartment across from mine. They stole his wallet, keys, and car. He was also pistol whipped. This would of never happened if they promoted safety like they claimed when I first moved in. Neighbors have told me when someone complains they close it for a week, then leave it open all over again. My neighbors also have roaches so I have to keep my place as clean as possible, but doesn’t stop me from seeing them consistently. They are big as HELL! One of my neighbors told me a lady sued this place. Not sure for what but definitely not a surprise. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Save your self the money and stress. I would rather be living out if my car than be living here. Not putting my name I don’t need the apartments bothering me. Please save your self from this place!!!

lovely community

I moved here shortly after relocating to Indiana. This is a lovely apartment complex. It has it's ups and downs but overall very peaceful and quiet with a picturesque view that I love.

Mold,break ins & HOLES IN WALL

Since April I’ve had mold not addressed properly, neighbor broke into my aptment and remains still living here. Gate is ALWAYS broken. Other neighbor said theirs a bed bug problem. Scary.

Worst Leasing Office EVER!
March 23, 2019
Property Manager Ashley Parker put my apartment on a vacant list and allow her employee to steal my items including my daughter's necklace with her ashes inside. I have not got my daughter necklace return to me. I want justice for her and I will!

Terrible place to live maintenance is horrible the appliances rarely work electrical problems the office staff is under trained and rude gate is always broken terrible living experience I wouldn’t recommend to anybody
