In touring to compare competition, I visited to find I was glad that the area is out of my clientele's area. Professional and welcoming staff. Clean, attractive community. Fair prices for the area. Sizable apartments with many amenities. Definitely worth the visit if you are looking in the area.
Ownership management and maintenance are all sub par.

I have been a long term tenant. I enjoy living here. The community has wonderful people, is quiet, and the grounds are well taken care of. There is a lake where I can Kayak or paddleboard. The Management and Maintenance team live on sight which is very comforting to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gone completely down hill over the past couple of years. We have had a serious issue with a neighbor who has 5 small children Smoking Marijuana inside their apartment which then seeps into our place and these are supposedly “Smoke Free” which is absolute crap. Nothing happens when you show any type of concern. You are charged for a washer in dryer in the unit. And don’t forget about the parking. My truck was almost towed because I was parked in available apartment parking, but ...
nothing ever happens when the townhome guests park in our apartment designated parking areas. The floors are uneven and don’t even get me started on the duct work. We only have one vent that works in a 2 bedroom.

We enjoyed our time at Bavarian Village. We rented a 1 bd 1.5 bath corner unit (triangle unit) for a year. It was perfect for us because the upstairs was a loft style 1 bedroom with a full bath that was very spacious. Our unit also had a large walkout basement facing the lake and the main level had a balcony. I believe we had about 1400 sq ft including the walkout basement (which we set up as a family room). Rent was very reasonable for the amount of space. We had a lot of fun using the lake ...
for fishing and going out in the lake on our inflatable boat :) We only used the pool a couple times but it was nice.
