    I truly adore this apartment complex it’s beautiful clean friendly and spacious. The management and staff are amazing and show how much they care for this community. Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Christina are very welcoming I highly recommend.

    I know this is something I keep mentioning but the parking situation is not being monitored. I’ve been towed it is but there is no way possible they are. I witness random cars parked overnight and for days at a time parked and not towed. There is supposedly this 3 day rule for the visitor spot but that’s not being enforced either. I email about it and I don’t get a response. This situation really frustrates me bc I’ve had a rental towed before and a visitor I had was towed as well. This was ...
    almost 2 years ago but again it’s frustrating to see that nothing is being done now about cars parking in residential parking spacing and cars parked for long periods of time in the visitor. The problem with the neighboring community is not getting better either. Now they just park in front of the building in any parking spot.

    I wish there was a playground or a area were kids could play but everyone’s friendly for the most part or keeps to themselves and an okay place to live just when you move in double check everything we had to put in a bunch of work orders cause stuff wasn’t working or parts of things were missing like we went to use the oven and a bunch of little things

    As always the value and location are ideal for what I currently need. The only complaints/issues would be the parking and maintenance services. Parking is a hit or miss depending on the time of day. Dealing with a chronic back condition it's awesome to find a spot in front of my apartment but other times it's a complete search expedition. Maintenance service is quick to respond but at times they do not actually fix anything and just make a note they stopped by and give a suggestion on how to deal ...

    Beautiful and relaxing place for human and pets. Good areas where you can walk, good swimming pool, very good maintenance, Mr. Pet is very kind and the ladies of leasing office are very smart and helpful. I love this place.

    I’m very bothered by the fact that my vehicle has been towed twice in the past for not having my parking permit visible, but recently there has been many days and nights where cars without a parking permit has been out front of my building in resident parking and has not been towed.
