November 5, 2025I think they have people writing good reviews just to make themselves look good. This whole apartment complex is full of roaches. I’ve been living over here over 6 years. People ac goes out and it takes months to fix. They will not renovate this place because they’re trying to save money I’ve HEARD…the refrigerators are old and make noise.. and the only reason I haven’t left is because I can’t seem to find nothing in my budget in this area..Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2023Management is the worst!! Nothing gets fixed the rent is to high for what you get. Eviction notices for dollars!! Eviction notices on Friday ten minutes before they close. The worst!! Run down, Roach infested, and poor management
May 17, 2023There are units with no air and management is doing NOTHING. This place is infested with roaches and everything needs to be renovated! Nothing in these homes are new. The outside of the apartments have mold on the wall. And yet they find a way to keep raising rent. The rest is not worth these raggedy apartments.Property Manager Responded
