June 28, 2023You can get more for your money in this area. Zero amenities here, not even a grill or bike rack. Landlord is too cheap to hire a management company, so you have to chase them and beg for basic repairs. Don't plan to stay more than a year--we had about $500 rent increase at renewal, neighbors had even higher jumps. Oh and the stage for a summer concert series gets set up about 100 feet from the front door, might as well be in your living room from 5-11pm on weekends.Review from Apartments.com
AWFUL LANDLORD
April 29, 2023If I could put 0 stars, I would. The landlords that is giving tours at Bay Arms was extremely rude! Went on a tour to actively try to rent an apartment and felt as if my business was not wanted. He laughed in my face when I asked about ESA pet- which was humiliating. He hung up in my face when I asked about a meeting place to come tour. Not to mention, I felt as if I couldn’t even ask questions- again, as if I was unwanted.Review from Apartments.com
Steer Clear
January 4, 2023Landlord is extremely rude, combative, and unresponsive. Building is updated and kept clean, but offers no amenities with the price point of rentals being the same, if not more expensive than other buildings with additional perks. Landlord will attempt aggressive rent increases upon lease renewals - attempted to raise more than 30% from original lease by the end of year 2. Floors are paper thin. You will hear every footstep above you and your downstairs neighbors will hear the same. Terrible management
April 26, 2022Landlord takes forever to get back to you when asking for regular apartment maintenance fixes I.e. washing machine or dishwasher and is very rude when responding. Brand new apartments, great location
September 7, 2020My family has lived here for a few years now. My husband and I started in a one bedroom and then moved into a two bedroom when we had our first baby. The owners are friendly and easy to work with and the superintendent is responsive and helpful. The common areas are always impeccably clean. The virtual doorman feature is great - very easy to have packages delivered and to add people to a guest list to visit. Location couldn’t be more convenient to Grove St PATH and to restaurants and shopping. ...Overall very happy here!Property Manager Responded
