You pay for your own utilities but the combined bills even in winter were less that $90/mo. Free basic cable is also a plus. Yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally but that's apartment living. You park right in front of your own apartment. The common areas are very well maintained and snow is plowed early in the am before leaving for work. Everyone that visits us wants to live her. It's an oasis from the hustle, we call it home and we love it.

The apartments themselves have two good sized bedrooms, the master has a full bathroom with a standing showing. The second is a bit smaller and is directly next to a bigger bathroom with a tub/shower. They have tons of closets (very large coat closet[down stairs apartment], additional storage closet with built-in shelves). It has an open floor layout with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all newer appliances and an extremely large pantry with shelving. The apartment comes fully equipped with the basics: stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, disposal. Then also has a washer and dryer, huge plus with a child. The only negative we have is the closets in the bedrooms are just a basic slide open. I've moved around from apartment to apartment for quite sometime but, after getting married and having a kid, we are very happy with this apartment until we move on to owning a house.

The office staff is friendly and helpful, and repairs are done ASAP. I am sure the attitude of the office staff is what helps rent these apartments, and after that the apartment sells itself. The grounds are immaculate and pleasing to the eye, and snow removal is done promptly, even in the worst of conditions. I have had visitors who have said this was the best apartment complex they had ever seen and I totally agree.
