    Did a lot of online and then in person search. Found Bay Pointe to show so much better than any of the others. Ms Sal directed the application process for me and got me into my new home. Area is great and building is good so far as well. If you are looking for a retirement apartment, this should be on your list.

    Air is out for all this summer. No problem they will turn it back on this fall. Every time your lease is due to resign up they will give you 60 days notice they no longer want you living at BBT. No reason given. In two years they have let go nearly half of all residents. It is very hard to find a place if you are on HUD. If you pay full rent why would you want to live in this dump. Plenty of mode to go around. Hallway carpets are gross. One out of five is two high.

    These apartments are nice to be in we are in an area that we can walk to restaurants and shopping. We can grocery store all around you. The place doesn't have a pool but the people are so friendly. We just sit around and talk to each other.
