First APT my SO & I shared together.
Excellent experience, good pricing, family friendly, excellent excellent neighborhood.
Apartment itself 1B1B is very spacious / tons of closet space which was awesome. Friendly and easy to reach management & maintenance.
Only leaving bc my SO is going back to school and we’re going to be on 1 income. If your in a position to rent absolutely recommend :)

This is truly a nice place, the property courtyard is kept clean and well maintained. The apartments are very spacious, updated, lots of closet space and i personally love the big windows. Love the efficacy in which the property manager handles any maintenance issues, the staff on site is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love love this place.

The Bayshore Gardens was our home for 2.5 years and we will miss it dearly. The apartment was cleanly and enormous with a view overlooking the courtyard. The experience was a positive one and the staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. If we contacted the emergency line, maintenance was there within 10 minutes and in a pleasant mood to fix the problem regardless of the time of day. The property also has the most beautiful landscaping that makes you appreciate nature everytime ...
you pass through. The location is ideal with stores in the direct area and sunrise highway right up the block. This is truly a place we will both remember with fond memories and I would recommend it as a great place to live.

Has been a genuine hidden gem.
The apartments are immaculate and are a warm welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding garden are kept to the upmost standards. The manicured lawns are kept consistently.

There was never a time I was not satisfied with the request I would initiate for repairs and they would comply completely to my request.

I lived here for 1 year and throughout that time never had an issue with the apartment, and if I ever needed something small fixed from maintenance I had same-day assistance. Great location with grocery, gas, bars, and hospital all within walking distance. Property management was always quick to respond and helpful when they do. Absolutely recommend!

The grounds are meticulously kept, the location is convenient for all, and above all the maintenance crew is spectacular! Bay shore garden is a hidden gem right in the heart of it all. We love being super close to all our favorite places to eat & the beach! Our apt is so spacious with great closets and huge windows. We get a lot of bright natural lighting which was a must for us. My husband and I both work from home so it is a perfect space for us to do that because of how quite and peaceful it is here. I’ve lived at BSG apartments for 10 years and the property management has helped me through a time of crisis and has always responded quickly to any questions/concerns as they do their best to accommodate their residents. They have a great maintenance crew that care for the residents, that it’s not just a job to them. The property is well maintained and very convenient for local shopping, dining as well as school bus pick up and having the laundry rooms newly renovated is great.

We’ve lived here for about 3 years and we love it! We had a two bedroom with roommates, and then switched to a one bedroom by ourselves after a year. Nice apartments, with a nice view on the inside of the courtyard. Never had any problems, and the property manager and super are both very nice. Close enough to the towns of both Islip and Bay Shore, so there are many things to do. Love being here and can’t wait to stay longer!

Bayshore Garden Apartments has been my home for the last 5 years and now that my job has been transferred I want to share my experience. I really loved my stay here. The rooms in my apartment are very large and the closet space is amazing. The apartment is very bright with large windows with views of the beautifully maintained gardens. Bayshore is a great town with lots going on. My children are enrolled in the Bayshore School District which is excellent. The apartments are walking distance to ...
the shopping center and an easy walk to downtown Bayshore where there are plenty of good restaurants. The people who run these apartments are really nice and very competent especially the maintenance crew. I would highly recommend these apartments.
