Last week I had a great experience working with the head maintenance team, Manny and Jose. I’m extremely grateful and impressed with their prompt, organized, and exceptional service. They were respectful, polite, and very professional throughout the entire process. I had a clogged bathtub, and they snaked it out quickly with no issues at all. The appointment was easy to set up, they arrived on time, and the maintenance work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Excellent service overall.

Mark is awesome . Repairs being implemented completed quickly. Basic maintenance done. Finally I see vacuuming cleaning being done. Tod is doing a lot.
I see picks up trash. Everybody is working out there . Carpet being replaced. New tow signs. New garage doors. Landscapers do terrific work. I like to see the effort and it’s definitely more than ever visually there .

I appreciate the professionalism of the management team Absolutely amazing! I've really enjoyed living at this apartment because of the friendly staff, great unit options, amenities, and neighborhood. Parking garages a huge plus. I appreciate the carpeted hallways, Clean building. Quiet complex. Landscaper is great. Snow contractor reliable. Super cares. Wonderful lighting. Laundry machines need to be larger!

Manor is nice. Elv and Rub are wonderful caring positive staff. They are extremely welcoming, and take so much pride in living here. It was wonderful to see, and my husband I were so pleased. The grass, trees, are kept really nice. The atmosphere, living grounds both drew us in. It's so quiet. Last night we had excessive heat, but called Elvy, and he said Mr. Toad called him 10pm and I see they are working with an electrician this morning at 8am. Staff is responsive. We used to live in a house ...

I've been in my building managed by benart for nearly 3 years now . I feel I’m in good hands. Had to reach out to them on the phone a few times. The last time, they were curt with me but they get the job done even if they don’t give you a long phone call or email. I do wish that they would set up a system for packages but admit it’s probably too difficult. I used to be on Clinton, Saxon, Brook, third Avenue. We would not have stayed here since 1998 or transferred to another apartment if we both didn't value Bay Shore Manor. Is everything perfect, no. Leased 1 bedroom for Jan 15th. Elvy is great. Rubie is also so nice. Great team. I have a 2nd floor apt overlooking beautiful trees, shrubs, grass, sky, sun. The view is so serene calming, charming classic layout. Radiator heat was a bit over heated. We cracked a window for a little air. The indoor garages are wonderful & easy. The dumpsters are slightly inconvenient for garbage but the plus side is there are no incenarator garbage room so clean. Hallways were prestine when I moved in but then ...

Super bright lights. The light above the door is a really nice addition. I'm really enjoying the new cameras in the parking lot as well as the new signs. Laundry rooms look so much better. Ed, is such a great super. Thanks for the cleaning the leaves and grass until 10pm before Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll never forget it!

Parking is tough, when it rains always flooding 4th Ave limiting parking and walking to building. I got my vehicle keyed 1st 2weeks, spit on vehicle. Noise upstairs constantly dropping heavy items. Stomping as they walk upstairs..No insulation or soundproofing...can hear
every word. It was a nightmare for sleep and peace. Front door constant banging no one holds door..don't rent on 1st floor. Floors were already scratched I see why they want rugs on floors.

This building is very old and severely run down. The smell of mildew when entering the building was overwhelming. The stairwell looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The kitchen was very small, not much counter space at all and the cabinets had dead roaches and mouse droppings in them. The cabinets are also very outdated and covered with a layer of sticky grease buildup and filth. The outdated appliances were worn out from years of use and need to be replaced. faucet on, there was practically no hot water pressure at all. The bathroom is also very small and the tub was very old, it looks like they spray painted it to hide the age and stains from years of use instead of updating it. The laundry room was also dirty and smelled like raw sewage. No parking lot, street only. Do not waste your time looking at these apartments, I can’t imagine any of the other apartments are any better.
