  • A Terrible Rental Experience: Stay Away!

    My time at Bay Terrace apartments was a total letdown. The place lacked a team to handle issues, making everything frustrating. While the UDR app promised improvement, the reality on the property was still disappointing. The property itself was a letdown. Shady and drunk people hung around, especially near the laundry area. Loud music was a constant problem, disturbing everyone. People with a careless attitude took up parking spots randomly, causing a mess. To put it simply, living at Bay ...
    Terrace apartments was a nightmare. The app might help with some things, but it doesn't fix the big problems. I strongly recommend not renting here. Save yourself from what could be the worst experience in America. The lack of a helpful team and the overall chaos make it a place to avoid.

    The photos look great but when you get there, trash is and people’s stuff is everywhere and people put tarps and covers on their balcony it just looks really tacky. The laundry rooms were scary and narrow. There’s dog poop all over the sidewalks even though they provide poop bags. The self guided tour took forever and the unit I was shown was clearly in disrepair and had paint chipping and had an odor. The kitchen was not updated like the photos. It was such a shock, I felt like I was catfished. ...
    There’s no leasing office. Just a sign that says to call or text.

  • This is is the worst place to live

    I have being leaving here for almost 3 years , but honestly i have never been happy. It is very expensive and you can never breath fresh and healthy air not even open your windows because there is always someone smoking weed it is awful horrible 24/7 thanks God i am leaving this place in the office the filipin lady when you want answers she never knows anything she acts like if you want to know more, you have to talk to my manager and guess what? She is never available ...
