Doesn't enforce rules of lease. They charge you to fix things if they get fixed had a problem with heat last year it's still isn't fixed. Smoke & loud tvs, music etc they don't care. No dishwasher like it says in ad also the heat is electric along with everything else so it doesn't cover electric

Even though they have a No-smoking policy in their contract, the owner and property managers do No enforce it. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana are everywhere. There are also people living there, who are under 55. If you're a non-smoker, you might want to avoid Bayview.
