Awesome place to Live!!!
March 15, 2022Property managers and maintenance really care about their tenants it's just not a job for them. I recently had major surgery and I am laid up at home recovering, they worked around me, but made sure I was OK. Some of the staff members even tried to assist me the other day struggling getting into a car, I had help but maintenance offered anyway. Convenient, Friendly and Affordable Apartments
March 21, 2016My daughter rented an apartment here while in her last year at Illinois State. It was convenient for her both to the university and the interstate while she was commuting to Peoria to student teach. The staff was friendly and helpful always getting maintenance done promptly. She enjoyed living there and being able to have her dog along to keep her company. She was also able to have her own in-unit washer/dryer which was a big plus. I would recommend these apartments for those who want to be ...close to campus, but not in a "student" apartment.
