Absent Management, Out of Control Kids
May 31, 2016A few good people live here, but that is about it. You might be told there are rules for kids and various other things, indeed they'll give it great lip service.. Until you move in. Like to decorate the outside of the unit, do so at your own peril, the kids are out of control and you'll find them in the front and back of your unit, on your landings and back patio. And soon you'll see all your outside work destroyed. Value your car don't park it here! The kids play ball all over the place and cars ...are the victims.. Managements "stern" response to all this... ineffective "reminders" shoved in everybody's door. and the problems never go away. The inside of the units suffer from "so-so" repairs to walls etc. So where does all the security deposits go that they gank from everyone that's left This could be a great community, if it really had effectual management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
