Huge Roach Issue
April 15, 2016I signed at 12 month lease at these apartments. I only made it 3 months into my lease. On average I was killing 4 to 5 roaches a day. I complained to management multiple times a week and all got was well tell pest control. I have always been a really clean person and never leave food out or anything of that nature. The reach problem was getting out of control. The final straw was when I woke up and there was a roach crawling on my bed. These were the smaller disgusting roaches not the larger ...outdoor ones. I had to pay my way out of my lease. The management was always very nice but just didn't seem to care. I've lived at another complex with NO issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My experience living here
August 30, 2015If you are OK with a more simple country style of living, then maybe this place is for you. I have lived here 4 plus years now and have had no trouble with crime or unscrupulous people as the Rosenberg police respond well and quickly. There is assigned parking here which is very rare to find these days. Although nothing is perfect, the surrounding neighborhood is nice with well kept houses, beautiful trees and the small town feel. The downside is that it is an older complex built in the 1980s and ...will have higher energy costs.
