June 5, 2025I have lived here for 17 years and love it. The office staff is really nice, and the Maintenance guys are great. Whenever I need something done it gets done in the same day. The grounds are always kept nice and it is pretty quiet.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025My search for a new apartment was made so easy with the support of Alana. From start to finish, she guided me every step of the way. She was there even for the very small questions I had, which really were mostly about making me comfortable about my decision. I feel confident about my move-in and my home here at Bayshore Landing. I've been here for a month and enjoyed every day. The maintenance service is responsive. The neighbors are friendly. I feel safe. My dog is happy. January 27, 2025Absolute miserable experience all around. I have no words for how terrible working with this apartment complex was - my mother couldn't believe it either. Staff is unhelpful. No one answers the phone. Don't apply either - it's all third-party companies that have no idea who you are and no idea who the staff at the complex is. Super odd experience and the manager was pretty rude and unwilling to help us.Property Manager Responded
