I enjoy my apartment the layout design and finishes. My concerns though are limited parking and management team turnover currently I don’t even know who the property manager is.

The office staff is very responsive and I appreciate the friendliness of the maintenance crews. The community feels safe and is quiet most of the time, two qualities that remain at the top of my priorities in a neighborhood.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and I have no complaints about the neighborhood or the area. The noise level is kept at a nice level, the neighbors are friendly. Parking can be a hassle sometimes but it is not terrible.

Beautiful and maintenance is quick. Lots of amenities and neighbors are pleasant. Vallet trash has been so helpful postpartum and we have a very scenic balcony view.

Giving three stars as this is an average community. The amenities are lacking, the gym is old and small, the pool is only fine. Trash pickup is inconsistent at best. I moved here originally to try and save some money on rent. Yet the rent costs climb every year, and now this is no longer one of the cheapest options in town, while still being the same community that doesn’t offer much to justify the new prices. Great place to live, the people here are nice and quiet. Management is hard to reach and not great at communicating but other then that great.

It’s so clean and beautiful I love the fact they they clean the buildings everyday and that the trash removal people are so friendly it’s all around a lovely place to live
