August 3, 2025In reality the rent is worth about 30% less than what they charge. When I tell people what they charge, their response is almost always "can we go swimming at your place" and i usually respond "sure if you can find it because I still haven't." Then my friends ask what amenities we do get and I say a few pieces of exercise equipment. Another thing is that when we move in. June 13, 2024Love it here. Close to shops, Trader Joe’s etc. can walk o the lake. Ease off the expressway. 19 minutes from downtown. Great apartment management. Has a movie theater and bowling plus restaurants. Definitely a great lifestyle place to liveProperty Manager Responded

May 6, 2024Bayshore is a beautiful apartment complex within the Bayshore mall. Excellent shopping adventures! The staff at Bayshore are extremely friendly and helpful. The on site maintenance is responsive and clean. I highly recommend Bayshore place!Property Manager Responded
