I wished I never lived at Bayshore Place. I expected a clean, comfortable, and secure place to live. Instead, I felt unsafe and experienced far too many inconveniences.
Re: safety, the brawls in March in the plaza outside Bayshore Place were unsettling on many levels. It was violent crime in my own backyard. environment that never felt safe or comfortable to live.
In addition to safety concerns, I experienced constant inconveniences inside, such as a lengthy insect problem, repeated water leaks from poorly sealed windows, often filthy trash rooms, regular fire alarms, and at times the smell of marijuana lingering in the hallways.
Lastly, the Bayshore Summer concert series in the plaza outside the apartment building brought extremely loud music into the apartment from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Friday for ~10 weeks. This spoiled many evenings. It was quite unbearable.
On the plus side, I had lovely neighbors, the on-site team was friendly, and the covered parking was nice during bad weather.
