December 17, 2025I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while, and the new management has honestly been a great change. You can really tell they care about the residents and the community. Communication is way better than before, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, the office staff has been friendly and easy to talk to. Maintenance requests are handled much faster now, which is a huge plus. The property also feels more organized and better taken care of overall. Common areas are cleaner, ...and issues don’t seem to get ignored anymore. It’s nice to see management that actually listens and follows through. The atmosphere around the complex feels more positive, and it’s made living here a lot more enjoyable. I’m really happy with the improvements and appreciate the effort the new management has put into making this a better place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to others.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2025Arrived early for my appointment after driving 30 minutes and no staff ever showed up nor replied to my texts...the get an email advising that I missed my appointment requesting to reschedule Not sure why I gave them an opportunity after seeing a majority of the patios & balconies filled with junk and cats walking around urinatingProperty Manager Responded

POOR
March 30, 2023Common areas are dirty. Laundry room is nasty, not only in my building, in every single building of the community. They don't clean it at all. Machines don't even work properly. There are rats in the area!!! IT IS TERRIBLE!Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2017This place is horrible I would not recommend anyone move in here - the management team is by far the worst EVER. Tenants are reporting RATS ROACHES and even MOLD. My apartment
September 8, 2015Well ive been living in pinole now for about a year and so far I love it I wish to stay in this city for some time it is very peaceful and the apartmens are big enough. I like how every one is so friendly around here. There is a swimming pool and a gym sometimes I go to the gym to run for an hour and its never crowded and I love how theres washing machines in each tower. Theres a little play groung around for kids to go and play and the grocery store is close by. I like the smell of fresh air in ...the mornings I guess its because theres water close by and you can feel the freshness in the air. August 9, 2015We lived in this apartment for 2 years 2013-2015. Quality of build is medium. Kitchen is electrical. Pets allowed. Water and sewage is included. community pool and small gym room.We had a balcony too. Staff responds quickly when needed. Over the past years there we're the occasional wear and tear problems, addressed adequately by the staff. Occasional loud neighbors and "medicinal" smoking is a part of life (it is California after all). Otherwise neighborhood is quiet and crime rates low. As of ...June 2015 the complex is under new management. This kind of apartment is rare in the SF and east bayand area. Good for families. Elementary school in Pinole is very nice and moving up.
