So far, I’ve had a very great experience living here me and my children are really enjoying it. Although this is still something to get used to, since this is our very first apartment we move into everyone has been super nice from our neighbors to the amazing staff.

I lived here for about 2 and a half years and this apartment was fine. Had some bug issues for the first couple months but the situation was handled by the maintenance team and never occurred again.
That being said, the garbages are ALWAYS filled to the max and trash gets piled up and even gets thrown outside the area, leading into the parking lot and surrounding parking spots. With the bug issues and stray cats, this leads to lots of trash everywhere and the smell travels. They definitely need ...
either another trash bin or multiple more pickups a week.

Being here at Bayside Apartments has been amazing but only thing is not having a kids park. Best thing would be if they remove the dog park and make it for kids to be able to play and have fun but besides that we’ve had great experience and maintenance Alejandra has been very helpful when we need it. Very good customer service.

We have lived here for 3years now and don’t have any complaints aside of the neighbors above us who I believe are not aware they have neighbors below. Maybe updating the flooring will help with the loud stomping noises. Also my personal opinion is to maybe get rid of the dog park and make it a nice kid park

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while, and the new management has honestly been a great change. You can really tell they care about the residents and the community. Communication is way better than before, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, the office staff has been friendly and easy to talk to. Maintenance requests are handled much faster now, which is a huge plus. The property also feels more organized and better taken care of overall. Common areas are cleaner, ...
and issues don’t seem to get ignored anymore. It’s nice to see management that actually listens and follows through. The atmosphere around the complex feels more positive, and it’s made living here a lot more enjoyable. I’m really happy with the improvements and appreciate the effort the new management has put into making this a better place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Arrived early for my appointment after driving 30 minutes and no staff ever showed up nor replied to my texts...the get an email advising that I missed my appointment requesting to reschedule
Not sure why I gave them an opportunity after seeing a majority of the patios & balconies filled with junk and cats walking around urinating

Common areas are dirty. Laundry room is nasty, not only in my building, in every single building of the community. They don't clean it at all. Machines don't even work properly. There are rats in the area!!! IT IS TERRIBLE!

Do not live here. They do not clean the common areas or the laundry areas. terrible. I am sorry to have signed a contract and see how they cannot clean. the laundry is full of dog poop and the washing machine is full of dirt.
