Great location and amenities, terrible management
February 18, 2022I’ve lived here for over 3 years and love the location and amenities. The management however has really gone downhill. They have a hard time communicating efficiently and tending to issues that are actually important. They’re worried about painting the buildings to a boring color but don’t seem to care about my termite nest with chewed up wood and termite droppings. They’ve started to enforce silly rules regarding how we park in our parking spots and what can be on our balconies but every time it ...rains, I’m left with only a few inches of dry walkway for weeks. December 10, 2020Its to expensive and the fact they dont charge less when you cant use the amenities because of COVID-19 is a little ridiculous. Half the reason I came to the complex is because of the amenities.
