September 12, 2024Hands down, the BEST office staff and management! Melissa made the application process so easy and smooth, she kept us informed of each step and If we had any questions or concerns she addressed them right away. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and genuinely caring that this was going to be our new home. The property is clean as well as the units. Worse service
March 5, 2021I been living this apartment for almost 4 years and finally leaving. Recently I had issue with kitchen light and call office, they said they will put in work order but it’s been 4 days nothing fixed. If you looking for good service this is not the place to lived in. Only they care about rent money on time and have issue about fixing your apartment they won’t do it and it will take forever till you call everyday complaint to office. I’m glad I’m moving out. Disrespectful manager and maintance issues
June 13, 2018TERMITES all over our apartment and the office staff did nothing about it, they just went and put blue tape where the termites were coming out of the wall and now they charging us a lot of money because we did not finish our contract because we had to move out of there HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!Property Manager Responded
June 21, 2018Management was notified of the issue on a Friday afternoon. Our experienced Pest Control Company came out on Monday and treated for the termites (which were gone in less that 24/hrs) The blue tape was to help keep the termites from going into the apartment. We were informed you moved because you were purchasing a home and the fee that was charged was the contract relet fee for early termination which was more than fair since there were 5 months left on the agreement. We apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience.

Disrespectful Managers & Maintenance Issues!
February 26, 2018My partner and I have been living here going on a year now and we’ve always experienced problems with maintenance issues and their timing but today they made my experience MUCH MUCH WORSE! Cheryl is a horrible disrespectful manager and spoke to me in such a bad manner. Her management team EXCEPT Bri sucks at their job. All they do is lie and speak to you as if you do not reside in the apartments. I reported my issues to corporate and will make several attempts to see that this is not taken ...lightly.Property Manager Responded
