November 15, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNo emergency maintenance, no reserved parking. you might get lucky and get a spot by your apartment or you end up having to park at another complex a block away. Oh it’s a village feeling alright.. because I can hear my neighbors clear as day thru the floors and walls. New manager is rude and does as she feels including throwing away whatever is on your porch unless it fits their definition of “patio furniture.” Snow removal? Yeah right!! I’ve had to shovel a parking spot numerous times just to ...have someone else parked in it when I get home from work. The actual apartment you get will look nothing like the one pictured. If you’re looking to rent in Marshfield,Wi look around there’s way better deals than this dump. I would never recommend renting from northern management, they own multiple complex’s in marshfield and they’re all 50+ years old and in dire need of maintenance and managed by the RUDEST lady I have ever met. Do your research folks!!Read More
