Poorly managed and old

Not sure where to begin with all the problems. Heater only works for about 10 minutes and then doesn't work again ever. There's no a/c. The apartment and everything in it is old. May as well leave the windows open as it makes no difference with the noise. They say you have 2 parking spots for a 2 bedroom, but they give you 1 close and then make you park far away for the other 1. Which leaves you having to walk a distance to get to your car. They won't swap parking out, so we can each have a spot ...
closer to our building. They act nice to get you in and then don't follow through on maintenance. The apartment has mold in the windows and bathroom. The refrigerator leaks water all the time. The grout on the floors is breaking off. The cabinets are uneven with peeling fake covering. They advertise wood floors (hahaha). They are the cheapest laminate floors that peel up. You can't even mop without it causing water damage. Make sure if you do move in, you get the top floor for the balcony. Otherwise the tenants above you poor water onto your balcony when they water their plants or spill something. The kids like to knock on people's doors and then run. No one does anything about it.
