Whenever there’s something I need to be done the maintenance is on top of it in the next day or two. I can honestly say it’s one of the better apartments I’ve lived in since moving to Antioch. The units are cute and comfy, the lady in the front office is most helpful, the maintenance is great, and overall the grounds are well kept WOULD RECOMMEND moving here!!!! 20/10!!!!!

The HOA has cracked down on all the rules, so I feel things are only going to get better. I haven't had any problems here and am very happy with my apartment. The security is great and I feel safe here. This is a good location and it's nice to have an HOA that is dedicated to keeping these apartments nice!!

This was the only apartments with the amenities that suited our needs within our budget. Not to mention the area is not too bad and is working on being cleaned up even more so. Some good schools are near by and lots os shopping and things to do. Nothing but good to come in this part of Antioch/Pittsburg.
