10/10 LOVE THIS PLACE
August 26, 2019The grounds are kept practically perfect at all times! It’s gated and always locked which is good for the area. Whenever there’s something I need to be done the maintenance is on top of it in the next day or two. I can honestly say it’s one of the better apartments I’ve lived in since moving to Antioch. The units are cute and comfy, the lady in the front office is most helpful, the maintenance is great, and overall the grounds are well kept WOULD RECOMMEND moving here!!!! 20/10!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

October 27, 2017They don't fix the things that need to be fix in your apartment they will wait til you move out to fix up your apartment for the next renters.... YOU WILL REGRET MOVING IN they will fix up the outside and the gound then fix anything but they want you to pay your rent on time but they can't be on time to fix I have black mood in my kids room and they put a hole in they wall but can't come fix it my kids have to use pliers to turn on the shower upstairs neighbors have roaches , no hot water may I ...keep going DON'T MOVE IN DON'T MOVE INRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015For the area I would have to say these apartment have been kept up very well! The inside is super cute and cozy. The HOA has cracked down on all the rules, so I feel things are only going to get better. I haven't had any problems here and am very happy with my apartment. Best around Antioch
July 21, 2015We search all around this area for a safe and affordable family environment. This was the only apartments with the amenities that suited our needs within our budget. Not to mention the area is not too bad and is working on being cleaned up even more so. Some good schools are near by and lots os shopping and things to do.
