Very nice experience
March 29, 2023I have lived here over a year for a 1B1B. The property manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. The rent is affordable compared to the surrounding overpriced apartments. The location is very convenient and you can get almost everything nearby even on foot. There is private houses and a school behind so the safety is guaranteed! There isn't much facilities on this apartment complex but the price you have is what you pay. The building is a little old but maintained pretty well. I saw ...cockroaches at the first 3 months few times but after that never saw them anymore. The staff did pest control for every 3 months. Overall, I would recommend it.Property Manager Responded

Horrible experience
January 22, 2019Worst apartment I have ever rented. I have been here two years and hate everything about it. The manager is a complete you know what and has no interest in making anything right. The property and apartment is gross and there are diseased cats everywhere! You can do way better for the high rent you will pay here. I wish I could move out right now.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here
January 22, 2019Disgusting filthy apartments and run down community with a rude manager and maint. staff. There is a horrible stray cat issue. pet owners let their dogs run free and do not clean up after them. Seems to be a cop presence here a lot now and I am not sure why but I have been here over a year and wish I had not renewed my lease. I would not rent here.Property Manager Responded
