Very nice experience

The rent is affordable compared to the surrounding overpriced apartments. The location is very convenient and you can get almost everything nearby even on foot. There is private houses and a school behind so the safety is guaranteed! There isn't much facilities on this apartment complex but the price you have is what you pay. The building is a little old but maintained pretty well. I saw ...cockroaches at the first 3 months few times but after that never saw them anymore. The staff did pest control for every 3 months. The manager is a complete you know what and has no interest in making anything right. The property and apartment is gross and there are diseased cats everywhere! January 22, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comDisgusting filthy apartments and run down community with a rude manager and maint. staff. There is a horrible stray cat issue. pet owners let their dogs run free and do not clean up after them. Seems to be a cop presence here a lot now and I am not sure why but I have been here over a year and wish I had not renewed my lease. I would not rent here.Property Manager Responded
