Great location, great management, great neighbors
February 21, 2018I've been a resident for 4 years and love it here. The neighbors are friendly and you see many of them regularly at the pool or grill or at the beach. The best feature is of course the beach just across the street! Some neighbors have been here more than a decade and some have left and come back. Great place to live.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2015Great place to live. It's extremely close to the beach and within walking distance of downtown Del Mar. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly.
