February 27, 2023I lived here for 3 years and I loved everything about this place. Starting from the manager, Sarita! She’s an amazing manager, she will make you feel welcomed from day one! To the landscaping and maintenance crew, they are so attention to detail! Jessie, one of the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to assist with your maintenance needs, their turn around time is amazing! Their landscaping is absolutely sightseeing, very well kept. October 31, 2021I have lived here at Beach Creek for more than 15 years. I love the landscaping and having wildlife in and around my balcony. Hummingbirds and doves nest in my balcony, and butterflies flutter around the flowering plants on the property. Mallards nest around the property and raise their adorable ducklings. The sound of trickling creeks and waterfalls is peaceful. The apartments are roomy and cozy. The owners are always upgrading and improving the property. Management is experienced and addresses ...any issues. Maintenance is onsite and prompt to respond and repair. Everything is electric and there are three gas barbecue areas for grilling with Tiki style table areas. Three laundry rooms are convenient. I like the online portal that is convenient for paying rent and any maintenance requests. I heard a few neighbors complain about car break ins, but thankfully I never had any issues myself, as I always lock my car and remove anything of value from it. So far it's great
January 26, 2021Just moved in to Beach Creek, coming from LA County. Jason (the assistant manager) made our move super easy. He's very easy going and great to work with. He was very helpful with where to park the moving truck, how to get utilities transferred over, etc. Sarita (the manager) was helpful as well, we only worked with her once. We just happened to be around on days Jason was there. The property is gorgeous. There's duck ponds, and turtles and koi fish. There are gas grills and little tikki huts ...throughout the property. The pool and fitness room are closed for covid-19, but they look nice. The walkways are very pretty. The unit is great so far, we have an updated kitchen with an induction stove top and updated cabinets with granite countertops. Huge storage closet in units by the stairs. Gated parking is great. It's a cat friendly property, but you have to get the cat registered with the city. It's like $7, no big deal. So far so good. 4 stars only because we're new here. Very misleading apartment units
September 6, 2016Apartments are old and require updating of all interiors, windows, AC,showers, toilets were done with cheap china made products which do not flush or cleaning well at all. Management sells a quite, clean place to live which it is further from truth. Cars are constantly being broken into or vandalism, management will not even check cameras for you, homeless roaming thoughout units digging in trash (ID Theft) Hello managementProperty Manager Responded

We regularly update our apartments before each move in, as well as a full upgrade of all plumbing fixtures, including the leading water-saving performing toilets on the market, for the highest standard for water efficiency. Our staff always goes above and beyond with any resident concern, including reviewing cameras to provide any footage to both resident and local authorities, as well as removing any person who is not a resident or guest from the property if seen by our staff. Upgrades for security are constantly reviewed and upgraded, both a new camera system and a new gate entry system was also recently installed and implemented.

An Apartment Complex That Looks Like A Resort
August 14, 2015Management seems really nice and pleasant. They are able to answer questions efficiently with a phone call or email. Maintenance gets worked on quickly. Usually within a week or two. The place looks beautiful with waterfalls, koi ponds with turtles and ducks, and a lot of tropical plants. Feels like I'm walking around in an exotic place. The swimming pool is an average size. Could be a little bigger but was able to enjoy it okay. The apartment number/letter setup is kind of confusing though. ...There were a few times some delivery people couldn't find our apartment so we had to go out to them. Washers are $1.25 and Dryers are $1.00. Seems ok but was used to cheaper. Depending on the amount of bedrooms, they give that many parking spaces but you can pay extra to get extra parking passes. They even give you a guest parking pass for when guests come over. Some parking spots are too small so it's hard to park in them, especially with a truck so we end up having to park further than we'd like to sometimes. There are a lot of parking spots though. August 14, 2015After losing my daughter in Dec. 2007, I had to move from my apartment that I had raised my kids in after 17 years. The good news is that I met the man of my dreams and we decided to move in together. We found a beautiful place in Garden Grove called, Beach Creek Resort Apartments. It has a warm & inviting feeling, which makes me feel like I am finally home. I was needing a place like this that would give my life a new beginning with such a positive impact.
