The maintenance department is very proactive and knowledgeable of their work. I find them to be extremely responsive and always able to handle any issues that arise. I’ve been here several years and realize they have kept everything working and looking like new. They constantly update the apartment building painting, testing and changing batteries in every apartment and common area.

I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always resolved any small problem. I’ve ever had right away. The day I have to move on from here will be a sad day. WE LOVE THE BEACH HOUSE & the team who keeps it going !!!!

Beach House is the nicest place I have ever lived in. It is kept in perfect condition and I have absolutely no complaints. I have been living here for almost six years and the people in the office are so respectful and friendly.I am very happy.

Beach House is like living in your own condo along a beautiful beach. Your security and privacy are paramount from fob use to mail and package delivery. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s a great living space for me at present time.

I can’t say enough about how much I love living at Beach House. My apartment and view are beautiful! The amenities are wonderful! I have met a handful of residents and all have been friendly. The management and staff care for the building as if it were their own home! For anyone looking to be a part of a great community, I absolutely recommend living here!
