There are definitely things that need improvement like pest control, parking, and updating things like the cabinets. Jose is wonderful, polite, and prompt. Autumn is nice but needs to work on communication. Parking for disabled people is difficult. Overall, we are satisfied with what we have.

Jose called me minutes after I submitted the maintenance request and immediately came out on a Saturday morning to fix it. He then called to let me know it was complete. What excellent communication and dedication to helping the residents here.
