December 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comZero stars. I have lived in this building since June and have had several issues. The management staff in the office is rude and condescending. We have had issues with no hot water, low heat, and no updates are given from the property. We will not be renewing our lease. Every maintenance request is ignored or responded to after long delays. They showed up for pest control without giving a 24 hour notice. Every time I bring an issue to the management office I am met with a cold response. They will ...not take your complaints seriously. People drink beer out of paper bags in the DRIVEWAY in daylight ! This is just a dump. Police are here almost daily. I took picture of 8 pd cars there last night but no way to attatch here.

Property managers don’t last, and the building has a serious roach and mouse infestation. Halfway through our lease, after not having pest issues, they put bait in the walls, and mice would come through the heating system and a hole behind the fridge they had not disclosed to us. We were on the 5th floor. There was no hot water most of the time, and we spent ...winter with no heat.
