Adequate & Satisfactory
March 13, 2024I lived here for a year and cannot report any complaints other than my tub clogging one time in which maintenance came promptly to fix. Nice place for an appropriate price. Walkable to the beach and pool access. Leasing agents were helpful and prompt to respond at all times. No issues with anything. I would recommend this to someone!Review from Apartments.com

Not bad for the price
October 3, 2018Probably about as good as you can do in Novi/Wixom/Walled Lake for the price. Very safe, maintenance is prompt, groundskeeping and snow removal is on point. We have lived here 4 years and never had to dig out the car or deal with shoddy repair jobs done by guys who just don't care. My biggest complaint is that the complex is 45 years old, and it shows. None of my appliances match. I have the same fake butcher-block countertops my parents had in the 80s. There ARE units with updated kitchens ...available, but be prepared to pay a hefty premium to not have an ugly house. Most neighbors are quiet and respectful. The application process is very rigorous, which keeps out the riff-raff who gravitate towards Pontiac Trail (but unfortunately allows for college kids living off student loan proceeds/having a parent cosign). By and large, even the kids aren't a problem, but you *may* have 1 or 2 noisy/immature ones in your building. Laundry and common areas are usually kept clean and crime is a non-issue. Parking is free and plentiful. Would be 5 stars if not ugly and outdated.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
