It is common for them to steal here, they steal cars, they steal tires and they leave cars on bricks, theft of Amazon packages are constant There is no security Read the reviews before going to this community

Another car left on bricks this morning . This happens all the time here . They removed gates , no cameras , no security . Owners don’t pick up their dogs poop , last night I passed by it in the building ! The management does nothing about it . For the price , there much better places to live . Living in the middle of thugs hood and paying prices like in Aventura

I have been a current resident for the past two years. This complex has been operated by multiple owners and management groups within my short stay here; formally the Sheridan Lake Club. It’s a very pleasant community to live in. I love that it’s just walking distance from the beach, Publix, Walmart, Starbucks and more. More than anything it’s one of the best dog friend community in the area since Beach Walk at Sheridan has taken over. Just recently within the past two months, this complex is ...

finally owned and operated by the same management group. The leasing staff in the office, Melissa and Yesenia in particular, are extremely friendly and helpful with any needs or questions that may arise. They offer great hospitality and amenities when visiting the office. The maintenance staff as well are one of the best in our complex. Within this time I am amazed of the great renovations that are undergoing and that has been accomplished so far. Both the staff and realty group has had great communication and respect for the tenants during the remodel. I am very optimistic of when their project is complete and how much more it’s going to feel like home. These are some of the main reasons why I will continue to be a tenant here at Beach Walk at Sheridan. I am pleased to be a part of this community. Thanks!

In general terms, I like the place, mainly because of the location. However, compared to other rental communities, it lacks of security, the rent is high and there are not much amenities (just a small swimming pool, 2 grills without sun protection and a tiny gym). Noise is another concern.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings posted here about this property, those are most likely fake posts made by the property’s management team. This “team” has been in charge of the property for the last two years, after the new owner of the buildings took possession and completely replaced the old management team. Since new management took over the property, the front gates spend more time broken than working, the entrance gets flooded and residents can’t get in or out with their cars every ...

time there is some heavy rain (which happens all the time here in South Florida), and they make administrative mistakes all the time. If you talk to the manager all she does is apologize but no real solutions are implemented. They make mistakes and their solution is to slap tenants with unfair fees. This is the most clueless management staff I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and look for a better place. I’m out of here as soon as my lease expires.
