Your apartment won't look like the pictures you see here. The workmanship on what was really a partial renovation is a bit shoddy. The investment mostly went into the model unit and common areas. You'll likely be exposed to excessive second-hand smoke, even in the privacy of your own unit. But the pool is nice.
