This complex looks pretty on the surface, but it is full of issues including sprinklers that have frozen and then flooded at least 5 of 14 buildings within a 15 month period. Garbage is left to pile up. Snow removal can take as many as 5 days before you can park or walk safely. Follow up for salting icy ares as the snow melts is virtually non-existence.
