About Beacon Place Apartments
Beacon Square offers affordable apartment living with a variety of spacious floor plans. Our one- and two-bedroom apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, generous closet space, and air conditioning. Our three-bedroom townhomes include those same comforts, along with a basement and private garage for added convenience. Ideally located in Pontiac, residents enjoy easy access to healthcare facilities, public transportation, and a wide range of shopping and dining options. Beacon Square remains a low-income community, with approximately half of our units now participating in project-based voucher (PBV) programs. We currently offer two PBV options: townhomes through the Pontiac Housing Commission and apartment homes through MSHDA.
