Great Customer Service, Erica
October 3, 2023Erica, the assistant manager is outstanding! How rare it is these days to call an office and have a live person to talk to. Erica always answers the phone and makes you feel welcome, not as though you were an interruption to her day! She looks out for the residents with timely notifications if vendors will be in their buildings. The residents and their comfort are her top priority. The property is well kept and an excellent location- close to 695 but tucked away and secluded. It definitely has ...the feeling of community and is a great value!Property Manager Responded

Awesome, serene place to live
July 23, 2023I love my new townhome, it has every amenity I need located right near the waterfront. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Everyone is really nice. Pet friendly and the pool is awesome. I would definitely recommend living at Beacon Point.Property Manager Responded

Great place to cal home, hopefully
April 12, 2023I went on a tour with Erika and was so pleased by the entire atmosphere. The property is lovely, bright and clean and the 2 homes she showed me were quite lovely. I am sure my 2 dogs are going to love the dog park- although some toys would be nice.. I even met the community manager marge who introduced herself to me during the chat with Erika… i am really looking forward to moving in soon.Property Manager Responded
