Our honest experience here: Heavily overpriced for the 325 sq feet of space that you get, and noisy! My boyfriend moved in March 2017. Neighbor's dog barks early in the morning for hours on end. My boyfriend and I have complained three times already to the property manager. The property manager can only "talk to them". The owner has apparently tried a lot of different things to stop the dog from barking but as of June 2017 it continues. After complaining and being told there is nothing more that
...can be done other than both parties being evicted, we are writing this review in absolute frustration and also to warn others. Also, there was one morning this week where we woke up to what sounded like some kind of saw cutting through metal. We figured out later that they were just doing apartment renovations two doors down, but it would have been nice to know we were going to wake up to that. The property manager did apologize for this. This place seems more geared for someone who works a traditional 9-5. The building is kept clean. Unless you are willing to enforce the "quiet enjoyment of your apartment" with a lawyer and document everything, save yourself the frustration. Don't move here!
