      Disorganized, signing the lease took over two hours. Had to put in 4 work orders first two weeks after moving in. Was told after move in that the bathtub had to be resurfaced and had no money for hotel and fumes were so strong gave headache and dizziness and could be smelled before even going downstairs to the apartment. Communication between managers is not good. Gate code not working for over two weeks after move in. Appears nice on first impression but definitely room for improvement.

      From the moment I walked into the leasing office to the days I got the keys to my new home this was the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. I have lived in numerous complexes, and this one has surpassed them all. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well kept. The amenities are excellent. And I absolutely love my apartment! 10 out of 10 recommend :)

      I have been at Beaumont Grand Apartment homes for the past 3 years and just signed my next lease. Everyone is nice, personable, and wants the best for the complex. There are regular cleanings to make sure that the complex looks great and it’s nice to know that where you live is being taken care of. Maintenance is quick to fix problems which is unheard of at other places! Parking hasn’t been an issue for us either.
