Great place to call home
October 28, 2019I have lived at Beaumont for almost a year now. Our apartment is bright and spacious. We are in a perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. My dogs really enjoy the dog park! Our neighbors have been great! The office and maintenance staff have always been helpful and kind. I highly recommend moving to Beaumont.Review from Apartments.com
$300 rent increase and horrible property manager: (:(
October 19, 2019Horrible! After living there for my rent was raised for no real explainable reason. The property manager treated me and my kids very very poorly and has little social skills or management skills. The maintenance staff it's also very rude and smells of smoke or take on a very condescending attitude. Convenient, Affordable and Friendly
June 2, 2019My wife and I have lived at Beaumont for 5 years and plan to stay for several more. We enjoy the friendly staff and neighbors. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within a short walk. A residents only dog park sits next to the building and the amenities are top notch. Affordable luxury
February 23, 2018I've lived here nine months, in a beautifully decorated and laid-out one bedroom. More kitchen and closet space than most apartments, too. Very well sound-insulated, hallways smell lovely, can walk to Target and movies -- and management has been both kind and responsive. I don't think it can be beat, honestly.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015Beautiful and luxurious apartments that are reasonably priced! I live in a lovely one bedroom one bathroom apartment that is very modern and classy. The amenities are also wonderful, 24 hour fitness room, as well as a lounge area, big pool and hot tub! I truly love living here!Property Manager Responded
