Beaverdale Properties includes duplexes and apartment units located in the unique Beaverdale neighborhood in the west side of Des Moines. Quiet, park like settings at each location. Some units feature car ports and some allow pets. Beaverdale is known for its well-built traditional brick homes and tree-lined streets. Beaverdale is home to four Des Moines public elementary schools: Hillis, Monroe, Moore, and Perkins. Beaverdale has four beautiful parks: Beaverdale Park, Ashby Park, Westchester Park and Witmer Park. All parks are spacious and have playgrounds and picnic facilities. Ashby Park features two tennis courts, plus a splash pool for children. Witmer Park has a pond for public fishing, a walking path, two tennis courts, and a ball field backstop.
