We have live since April 2026; we genuinely liked living here, until we had to ask the management to do something.
And the very laid back tenant, but once we have compromised the living safety of my family and the surrounding, we have a serious issue!
Building 13 has went through a very sensitive situation.
I personally called in a wellness check on aug 16, because a bio hazard was trailing from the handicapped parking spot to the second floor of the 13 building. This bio hazard stayed for 3
...weeks or so (with photo & time frame). From this point; individually tenants began complaining about bugs, foul odor, water with harm chemicals, and suspicious inactivity from a unit. That management/ staff nonchalantly told us, 'thats odd only you are saying something - maybe flush the water tanks- maybe there's a dead rat near the water tanks- we have acceptable chemicals in our water , its been tested , maybe you need to just clean , once the bugs seasons over we can do a complex clean, maybe light a candle.'
Giving the personal family the respect there deserved... ill refrain from certain aspects of this unfortunately story of our dear neighbor Mary and her Pup Eli.
Management and staff indulge details of the incident to surrounding tenants, breaching Mary's privacy and confidentiality.
In addition, while the current tenants were / are seeking remediation for cross contamination, bio hazard exposure for over 3+weeks (around children , disabled with service animal, and growing families) ((the stairway is a one way)).
Then to add, when doing the forensics cleanup, dimes size glass was in a trail from the building 13 stairway to the temporary dumpster where they were disposing the bio hazard remains openly.
Management has refused to aid any tenant. When confronted and the manager got upset, she hung up the phone. When asked further question when I called back, ' i was the only person to ever complain.'
Well she lied.
I have receipts, reports, photos, and I guess she thought we would never communicate amongst each other.

We all dont feel safe here
We all wish we didnt move here
We all wish we could talk to someone to seek a better resolution then this.
We all just wanted a safe home to come home too.
