The leasing and move-in process here was seamless! We were able to book a tour the day prior, got approved quickly, and the staff was so helpful with getting all of our documents sorted before our move-in date! If you have cats, dogs -- heck if you have a komodo dragon -- Beckon will find a way to accommodate you and your beloved pet's needs. (Probably not the komodo dragon but just because they're extremely poisonous.) The staff here is warm and friendly and the community being centered around animal lovers makes it a uniquely neighborly place to live!

It's a decent location, but you'll be price gouged after you're in. They use price optimizers now that tag on over $400 onto your base rent. Amenities don't justify the crazy price. There is no parking. They will threaten to tow your car even when it's their fault that there is not enough parking for how many residents live here.
