    I have rented many apartments in my life but the Beckon Collective is by far the most professional landlord I have had. They were upfront about my rental charges which is impossible to find in the West Chester area and they made the leasing process smooth and easy!

    If you have cats, dogs -- heck if you have a komodo dragon -- Beckon will find a way to accommodate you and your beloved pet's needs. (Probably not the komodo dragon but just because they're extremely poisonous.) The staff here is warm and friendly and the community being centered around animal lovers makes it a uniquely neighborly place to live!

    It's a decent location, but you'll be price gouged after you're in. They use price optimizers now that tag on over $400 onto your base rent. Amenities don't justify the crazy price. There is no parking. They will threaten to tow your car even when it's their fault that there is not enough parking for how many residents live here.

    Living at The Beckon Collective has been a wonderful experience. The building itself is beautiful, with modern, clean apartments and well-maintained common areas. Management has been exceptional, and my overall experience has been highly positive. While some older reviews mention issues, I haven’t encountered any of these problems myself. In fact, my experience has been the opposite, which shows that management is attentive and responsive to feedback.
