I recently moved into this apartment, and my overall experience has been very positive. The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect for my commute to work, and the move-in process has been smooth.
There were a few small hiccups along the way, such as my initial welcome email missing some important information about trash and other resident resources. After I reached out, the team quickly sent the complete information and resolved everything right away.

has been amazing from day one. She gave me my initial tour and made the transition from being a prospective resident to moving into my new home feel easy and stress-free. She has always been kind, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I’ve had questions.

We just moved in at the end of May and we love Beckon so far! The location is amazing, the amenities are really nice, and everything feels so new. The staff are also very responsive. We had a maintenance issue the first week we moved in-- the breaker kept shorting so we lost power. At 10pm, a maintenance person came over and fixed it for the night. The next day, the same issue happened and he came back and swapped out the breaker and everything has been great since!
