We would love to stay, if you can sort out the issue with WM garbage pickup from West Village (they do 3 am pickups), that would heavily influence our decision to extend. Plus we extend lease is much more economical for you - you’ll gain an additional $9k from not having the unit empty and not having to forgo 2 months free rent for a new tenant.

The biggest problem with the building is that noise travels between floors (but it doesn't travel between next door neighbors). I would mention this if someone asked me about the building, but that is my only real complaint.
